Evan has a broad commercial and public law practice with a focus in taxation disputes.
Evan holds a Juris Doctor with First Class Distinction from Bond University and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the University of Queensland.
Before coming to the bar, Evan gained experience as a tax analyst at a Big Four accounting firm and later as a solicitor in litigation at a national law firm. Evan also served as an Associated to Justice John Logan RFD in the Federal Court of Australia, as well as the Supreme and National Court of Papua New Guinea.
Evan is a member of LawRight’s pro bono panel.
